It started on Thursday 30th October and finished on Saturday evening with a firework display</P> <P>The weather was initially sunny then turned wet but the event was still well attended. Plans for future festivals are looking to a summer date. There was a good mix of rides and stalls in West Street and the Carfax. On Saturday some street artists joined the musicians who were performing in the <A HREF="/29/bandstand.htm">Carfax Bandstand</A></P> <P>This year's event was rainbow themed with some shops joining in by decorating their shopfronts.
