It comprises 107 homes of which 40 are described as 'affordable'. It has been built on a 'brown field' site that was once the home to the sewer works. However, the aerial photos clearly show that the area was very green prior to the building works taking place. Neither Google nor Local.Live have updated their websites (in 2008) with current images although Google does have the road indicated. Use the external links to see the current aerial photography</P> <P>When the greenery and scrub had been removed the development was set to take place.
