Hidden Horsham - Deer Way

Hidden Horsham, Deer Way

Deer Way

Deer Way is one of the newest developments in Horsham, c2005-6. It comprises 107 homes of which 40 are described as 'affordable'. It has been built on a 'brown field' site that was once the home to the sewer works. However, the aerial photos clearly show that the area was very green prior to the building works taking place. Neither Google nor Local.Live have updated their websites with current images although Google does have the road indicated. The thumbnails link to saved images that will be kept for posterity. When the greenery and scrub had been removed the development was set to take place. As well as the traditional brick and tile properties there are two ranges of wood clad three storey town houses that have a striking impression, hence this photgaphic gallery feature
