The Bear public house is at 17 Market Square, next to the Town Hall. The original photographs, taken in 2006, show the bear looking a bit weathered and the King & Barnes branding. Following some renovation early in 2008 and the bear is looking like new again and the brewery is advertised as Hall & Woodhouse

This is perhaps the smallest public house in Horsham but it always seems to be busy. Hidden Horsham have been unable to determine the age of the building but it is probably late 19th century and does have a Horsham Stone roof
